7 day cleanse, fruit and vegetables, Vegan
I’ve been getting a lot of questions about the 7-day fruit and vegetable cleanse I did a couple weeks back, so here’s the links to the daily entries I did for reference. No need to follow this cleanse to a T, but it definitely can help give you some ideas for what to eat if you’re interested in trying it.

Why not simply eat all vegetables and fruits that we like, mostly veg.
I have seen diets where you can only eat raw veg . I feel cooked veg easier on the digestive system.
